The firm represents, inter alia, large insurance companies – Clal, Migdal, Menora and Haphoenix – in a number of class actions in the field of pension and insurance, claims accumulating to hundreds of millions of NIS. Furthermore, the firm represents defendants in class actions in the consumer field (such as cosmetics companies, internet sale sites); and in the field of capital market (such as office holders in shareholder claims).
The firm also represents the plaintiffs in a large scale claim against Harel Insurance in the field of pension, approved by the court as a derivative action.
