Adv. Oriya Peretz-Tal

Adv. Peretz-Tal specializes in diverse civil and commercial litigation, criminal cases, and matters requiring deep interdisciplinary integration.

She completed her legal internship at the Supreme Court of Israel under Justice Uri Shoham and later served as a legal clerk to Justice Meni Mazuz for approximately four years.

Adv. Peretz-Tal holds an LL.B. (with honors) from Tel Aviv University (2017) and an M.A. in Criminology (with honors) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (2022), where she was awarded the Rector’s Prize.

During and after her studies, she served as a research and teaching assistant at the Tel Aviv University Faculty of Law, working with Prof. Ehud Kamar and Prof. Yishay Yafeh (Corporate and Securities Law), Prof. Ron Harris (Legal and Corporate History), and Prof. Shai Wozner (Criminal Procedure). She also assisted Prof. Yaniv Vaki in the field of Evidence Law.
In parallel, Adv. Peretz-Tal worked with at-risk youth as part of a structured program, fostering personal connections and introducing them to the world of academia.
