Sivan acquired her experience at the Ministry of Justice where she served for 12 years—11 of which were in the State Attorney’s Office at the Head Quarters of the Criminal Department. In her last years there, she held the position of deputy senior official.
As a senior lawyer, Sivan has represented the State in high-profile severe crime cases. As a prosecutor at the Head Quarters of the Criminal Department, Sivan has litigated before the Israeli Supreme Court, has played a major part in processes concerning general prosecution policy, and has composed various legal opinions for the State Attorney and the Attorney General. Since 2020 sivan, as a counsel, is representing suspects and defendants in “white collar” proceedings, and litigates in complexed civil cases.
Adv. Russo is also a member of the statutory committee for examination of suspension Of heads of municipal councils , after submitting an indictment against them.
